These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of kamui.ge and the apps and services published by Kamui LLC, Company ID 445753505, a company registered in Georgia (“Kamui”, “we”, “us”) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If a product has its own terms, they apply together with these; if they conflict, the product’s terms prevail.

1. Using the Services

You may use the Services only in line with these Terms and applicable law. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. Accounts

Some Services require an account. Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, where available, or by emailing us.

3. Acceptable use

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Services offer paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give Kamui a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display your content only as needed to operate the Services and provide them to you. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

6. Our intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics and trademarks, belong to Kamui or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose under these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services, such as payment providers, maps or ticket sellers. We’re not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms apply.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving the Services and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the Services available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. Products marked “Beta” or “In development” may change significantly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kamui is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 GEL. These limits don’t apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you in advance.
